Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily civil and finishing site activities including blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, screed, waterproofing, and concrete works.
Allocate tasks to workers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and helpers as per project requirements.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety regulations.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project management team.
Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available and properly utilized.
Conduct site measurements and report daily progress.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
Enforce HSE rules and ensure safe working practices at site.
Assist engineers during inspections and site handovers.
Maintain discipline and productivity of site labor.
