Supervise daily civil maintenance works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and minor concrete repairs.
Assign work to technicians and workers and ensure work is completed on time.
Inspect buildings and report civil defects and maintenance requirements.
Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and safety rules.
Coordinate with Civil Engineer, MEP teams, and clients on site.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower.
Maintain daily work reports and attendance of workers.
Ensure housekeeping and safety at the site.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil or related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in building maintenance.
Good knowledge of civil repair and finishing works.
Ability to manage workers and handle site activities.
Basic English communication skills.
