Civil Foreman
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities including structural, finishing, and concrete works.
Ensure all site work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules and productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material requests.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on site.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in civil construction (buildings, infrastructure, or fit-out projects).
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, rebar, formwork, and finishing activities.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and control site operations effectively.
Familiar with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
