Civil Foreman

Job Description
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities related to civil works. This includes managing laborers, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and overseeing day-to-day progress to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the activities of masons, helpers, steel fixers, carpenters, and other site workers. Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with the Site Engineer to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor daily progress and report to the site management. Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with engineering staff. Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of workers. Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks when required. Inspect and verify work quality at various stages of construction. Maintain records of labor, material usage, and site activities.
Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred)Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleSkills:
Strong leadership and team coordination Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety and quality standardsLanguage:
Basic proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)Working Conditions:
Site-based role (outdoor conditions) May require extended working hours and weekend duties based on project needs

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
