Job Description
As a Civil Foreman at our villa and townhouse construction site, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil and structural works during daytime operations. Your role includes ensuring work quality, progress, and safety while maintaining compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, blockwork, plaster, concrete, and finishing works. Ensure all site works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. Assign tasks and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to achieve daily and weekly production targets. Inspect ongoing work to verify quality, workmanship, and adherence to project requirements. Coordinate with Site Engineer and Safety Officer to ensure smooth workflow, site safety, and timely execution of works. Report daily progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Identify potential issues or delays and propose corrective measures to maintain project schedule. Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage on site. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and adherence to company policies among workers and subcontractors. Assist in site inspections by consultants, clients, and authorities as required. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping across the site.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
