Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Foreman

to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the UAE construction sector, with a strong understanding of local regulations, site management, and manpower supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for civil works (earthworks, concreting, blockwork, plastering, etc.) Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Monitor workforce performance, attendance, and productivity. Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress. Enforce strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures. Prepare daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates. Assist in quality control inspections and resolve on-site issues. Liaise with procurement or stores to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, with

at least 2-3 years in the UAE

. Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site execution. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiar with UAE municipality and safety regulations. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural workforce. Proficient in reporting and documentation.
