Job Title: Civil Foreman (High-Rise Construction)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct civil workers, masons, and laborers in excavation, concreting, blockwork, and plastering. Ensure proper execution of structural works (columns, beams, slabs, foundations) as per drawings. Monitor concrete pouring, curing, and quality control checks. Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project plans. Oversee reinforcement fixing, shuttering, and deshuttering operations. Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks. Track material usage and prevent wastage. Resolve on-site issues and report delays to the Project Manager. Maintain daily logs and progress reports.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in civil foreman roles for high-rise projects. Expertise in reinforced concrete construction and finishing works. Knowledge of construction machinery and equipment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, local codes). Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
