Job Description
We are urgently looking for Civil Foremen who will play a vital role in ensuring that construction activities proceed smoothly, safely, and efficiently, resulting in the successful completion of projects.
Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.
Inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
