Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Foreman located in Dubai. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects and ensuring the team completes tasks efficiently and safely. Daily tasks will include managing construction crews, coordinating with project managers, overseeing the use of heavy equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves coordinating site activities, delegating responsibilities to workers, and liaising with subcontractors, supervisors, and other stakeholders as necessary.Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Communication skills Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance knowledge Expertise in Carpentry and Maintenance techniques Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Exceptional organizational and team management abilities Experience in the construction industry is a plus Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in project execution in UAE.
