We are looking for an experienced
Civil Foreman
to oversee and manage construction site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Allocate tasks to laborers and subcontractors while ensuring productivity and quality. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to prevent accidents. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Report work progress and site issues to management.
