We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our basement construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of structural work, and experience in excavation, waterproofing, underpinning, and/or basement finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for basement projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. o Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and on time. o Develop daily work schedules and allocate resources to meet project timelines. o Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process. o Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, architects, and engineers to report on progress and address issues. o Coordinate equipment rentals and material deliveries. o Quickly address and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil is mandatory Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on construction experience. Proven Experience in basement construction: underpinning, excavation, concrete, drainage, waterproofing, or finishing. Strong knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication and leadership skills. UAE driver's license is an added advantage and reliable transportation. Candidates who can work on day and night shifts are preferred.
