We are looking for a
Civil Foreman
with10 years of total experience
, of which7-8 years must be in the UAE
. The candidate must have hands-on experience inrenovation and refurbishment projects
and should be capable of supervising teams, coordinating site work, and ensuring quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and
renovation activities
on-site to ensure smooth workflow. Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and safety compliance. Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Inspect and monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for project execution. Maintain records of manpower, materials, and site progress. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with UAE building codes and safety standards. Identify and resolve any issues or delays on-site.Requirements
Minimum
10 years of total experience
, with at least7-8 years in the UAE
. Proven experience inrenovation and refurbishment projects
. Strong ability to manage teams and ensure timely delivery of site work. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Employment Details
