Civil Foreman
Job Description
OGO Contacting is looking for Civil Foreman with 3 to 4 years who can join immediately on cancelled or Visit Visa.
Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on villa projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of construction projects.
Manage and lead a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient project progress.
Monitor construction site safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure project success.
Monitor progress and performance against project timelines and budgets.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
Prepare daily reports on project progress, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
