Job Title: Civil Foreman (UAE Experience Required)

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Foreman

with a minimum of

6 years of hands-on experience in the UAE

. The ideal candidate must have a valid

UAE Driving License

and a solid understanding of construction practices, supervision, and coordination on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to civil construction. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure project progress as per schedule. Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with company and legal safety standards. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure materials are available and used efficiently on-site. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation. Handle workforce allocation and resolve minor issues on-site promptly. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of Civil Foreman experience in the UAE

(mandatory).

Valid UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
