Civil Foreman
Job Description
The Civil Foreman will oversee and supervise civil construction activities on-site, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications. The candidate must have prior experience working with main contractors and managing teams on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor site progress, report delays, and assist in problem-solving for on-site issues.
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment; report shortages or damages.
Provide guidance, training, and support to junior staff and new team members.
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on completed work.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
