ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Foreman

to oversee and manage on-site operations for

demolition, renovation

, and

concrete cutting projects

across various sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works and be capable of managing site teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring project milestones are met in compliance with safety standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to

demolition, renovation

, and

concrete cutting

. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with

health, safety

, and

environmental regulations

. Plan and allocate work to laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors. Monitor and inspect the quality of work and materials used on-site. Maintain accurate project documentation including work schedules, progress reports, and incident logs. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate the arrival, use, and storage of equipment and materials on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues or delays that may arise. Enforce company policies and ensure discipline among site workers. Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to management. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

as a Civil Foreman in

demolition, renovation

, or

concrete cutting

projects. Strong knowledge of

civil construction practices

, materials, tools, and equipment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively. Familiarity with

UAE construction codes, safety regulations

, and

municipal guidelines

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, structural layouts

, and

project specifications

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
