Job Title: Civil Foreman - Building Construction

Experience: Minimum 4 years of UAE Building construction

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to manage and supervise on-site activities for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations across building construction works Coordinate tasks and ensure compliance with safety procedures and work method statements Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow Monitor progress and provide timely reports on site activities Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity Manage and lead trades and subcontractor teams on-site

Requirements:

Proven experience in building construction (residential, commercial, or industrial) Strong leadership and team coordination skills Ability to manage direct and subcontracted labor teams safely and efficiently Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and within a team

Working Conditions:

On-site work with exposure to varying weather conditions Flexibility with shifts based on project needs and timelines Occasional travel between project sites
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
