Job Description
We are looking for Civil Foreman with experience in infrastructure related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site activities for roads, drainage, water, sewerage, and other civil works. Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, surveyors, and QA/QC teams. Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and site productivity. Conduct daily briefings and enforce HSE compliance. Maintain site records, daily reports, and logs. Assist in resolving site issues and escalate technical matters when needed. Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 6-8 years in civil infrastructure projects; at least 3 years in a supervisory/foreman role. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and standards. Familiarity with UAE construction codes and safety practices. MS Office skills, AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
