Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Foreman

with a strong background in landscaping projects to oversee and coordinate on-site construction and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out according to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations while effectively managing teams and resources for both civil and landscape works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil and landscaping works. Interpret and execute project drawings, plans, and specifications. Oversee the construction of pathways, retaining walls, drainage systems, hardscape features, and landscape structures. Monitor grading, soil preparation, and installation of irrigation systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Allocate tasks to workers and ensure optimal use of manpower and equipment. Track project progress and report to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in landscaping or outdoor infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, hardscaping, and irrigation systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering and landscape drawings. Leadership and team management skills. Physically fit to work in outdoor environments.
