Civil Foreman
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site
Ensure construction work aligns with drawings, specifications, and timelines
Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor progress
Inspect and monitor work for compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers
Prepare daily progress reports and submit to site management
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials
Resolve any site issues or conflicts efficiently and report major issues
Ensure labor productivity and workforce discipline on site
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Check and verify levels, layouts, and setting out according to plans
Assist in site inspections and client walk-throughs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
