We are seeking an experienced

Foreman

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing construction projects of

G+5 and above

.

As a Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by supervising on-site activities, managing teams, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed as per project timelines and specifications. Manage and guide a team of workers, including laborers and subcontractors. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for project updates. Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with local regulations. Monitor material usage, equipment, and resources to prevent wastage. Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager. May need to work in varying weather conditions. Shifts vary depending on the project requirements or when nearing a project. Occasional travel between sites. Regular interaction with construction crews, and other professionals Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans. Producing schedules and monitor attendance of crew. Allocating general and daily responsibilities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreman in

Dubai

is mandatory. Experience managing projects of

G+5 and above

. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
