Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and hands-on
Foreman
to manage and oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction or interior fit-out projects and the ability to lead a team of workers while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of site labor, subcontractors, and tradesmen Ensure project work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and deadlines Assign tasks, monitor progress, and report issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager Maintain a safe and clean work environment and enforce safety standards Check materials, tools, and equipment availability and ensure proper usage Monitor attendance, work quality, and productivity of team members Liaise with site engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure workflow continuity Prepare daily progress reports and escalate any challenges faced on-site
Desired Profile:
3-5 years of UAE experience as a foreman in construction or interior fit-out Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings Knowledge of safety standards and on-site labor handling Hindi/Urdu speaking preferred; basic English is a plus Must be physically fit and capable of field supervision
