Job Description
We are looking for below position at Al Moftah Al Dhabi Contracting.

Key Responsibilities
oSupervise and coordinate daily site activities for Civil works.
oManage labor teams and ensure proper work allocation as per site priorities.
oReport daily progress, material usage, and site issues to the Site Engineer /
Project Engineer.
oEnsure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and
specifications.
oMaintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
oSupport the execution team in resolving on-site challenges promptly.
oLiaise with subcontractors, inspectors, and project staff on coordination
matters.
Requirements:
oMinimum 5-7 years of experience as a Foreman in Civil construction projects.
o3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering.
oStrong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques in assigned
trade.
oAbility to read and interpret drawings and site instructions.
oGood leadership and team supervision skills.
oExperience in UAE is highly preferred.
oBasic English communication and reporting skills.
