Job Summary:
Hiring an experienced Site Civil Foreman to supervise site activities and labour, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
Ensure implementation of construction plans and drawings.
Allocate work to labourers and subcontractors.
Monitor productivity and enforce safety compliance.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Minimum 8 years in UAE construction companies
Inspect materials and tools on-site.
Coordinate with engineers and site managers for execution.
Solve minor technical site issues as they arise.
Requirements:
Diploma or trade certification in Civil Engineering or similar
Minimum 8 years' experience in UAE construction projects
Good knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards
Effective leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a multicultural workforce
