Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on villa projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of construction projects. Manage and lead a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient project progress. Monitor construction site safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a civil foreman in residential construction projects, with a focus on villas, demonstrating a track record of 5 to 7 years. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical fitness and willingness to work in various weather conditions. Relevant certification or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
