About the Project
Docol Investments FZCO, a key division of Docol Group, is leading the construction of a luxury 5-star hotel and mall complex (100,000m) in Mogadishu. This high-profile project, designed to meet UAE's 5-star standards, is set to transform the region's hospitality and retail sectors. The project is located near the AMISOM Green Zone, ensuring a secure and well-managed work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise on-site civil activities and work closely with the project engineers.
? Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and site workers.
? Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
? Perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to project timelines.
? Report daily progress and challenges to the Site Manager.
? Ensure proper materials are used, and resources are efficiently managed.
? Assist in resolving any on-site issues or delays.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on large-scale projects. Proven experience in the construction of hotels, malls, or other commercial buildings. Experience working in Africa is preferred.
Certifications:

Mandatory: Relevant trade certifications or foreman training. Preferred: NEBOSH (Health & Safety). Plus: First Aid, Construction Safety Training.
