Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors. Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards. Communicate with engineers, architects, and project managers about progress and challenges. Maintain records of construction activities, worker attendance, and project costs.
Requirements & Skills
Degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field. Proven experience in construction supervision. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
