Job Description
General Foreman / Formwork Foreman / Concrete Foreman
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct site crews and subcontractors
Ensure correct placement, finishing, and curing of concrete
Supervises all formwork activities on-site, ensuring timely and accurate installation, alignment, and removal of formwork systems according to drawings and safety standards.
Coordinate daily work activities and resource allocation
Monitor progress and report to site/project manager
Resolve on-site issues and maintain productivity
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Construction Industry
Diploma or technical certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
Proven supervisory experience on residential and commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and teams on-site.
