Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive SITE FOREMAN to supervise on-site activities across various construction projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, hands-on leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license to move between sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities, ensuring timely, safe, and quality execution of work.
Lead and manage laborers and subcontractors on-site.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
Manage site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Track project progress and meet deadlines.
Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Maintain daily reports and communicate with project managers.
Drive between job sites as needed.
Key Requirements:
Proven UAE experience as a Site Foreman in construction or infrastructure.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and site management.
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions.Familiarity with construction tools and basic reporting systems.
