Job Description
We are looking for an
Civil Foreman with Min 10+ Years of UAE experience
inBuilding construction
field.Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work follows plans and specifications. Supervise and delegate tasks to workers and subcontractors. Monitor work to meet required standards and specifications. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct safety meetings. Ensure proper handling and availability of materials and tools. Keep daily records and submit reports on work progress. Communicate with engineers, architects, and other teams for smooth project flow. Ensure work meets legal, environmental, and safety regulations. Resolve issues impacting work quality, timeline, or safety. Ensure completed work meets standards before project handover.
Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Min 10+ Years of Experience as a civil foreman Hands-on experience in various construction tasks and processes. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
