We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Civil Foreman

to join our construction team for the

Mapa Limak Construction LLC

. This is a key supervisory role within one of the UAE's largest ongoing infrastructure projects, offering the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a high-profile transportation development.

As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site civil construction activities, managing workforce productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality and technical standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and organize daily civil works, ensuring alignment with project timelines and execution plans. Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and resource efficiency. Oversee the work of subcontractors, laborers, and skilled trades to ensure compliance with site standards. Track daily progress, manage workforce allocation, and report any delays or issues to site management. Enforce strict health and safety regulations, ensuring proper use of PPE and safe working practices. Liaise closely with site engineers, safety officers, and other disciplines for coordinated construction delivery. Conduct briefings and toolbox talks, and provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior personnel. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and site incidents.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Foreman in large-scale infrastructure or metro projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices. Proven leadership and communication skills to manage teams in a high-pressure site environment. Familiarity with construction tools, machinery, and concrete/earthwork operations. Previous experience in the UAE or Gulf construction projects is preferred. Physically fit and willing to work in demanding site conditions. Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multicultural workforce environment.
