The Role
Guildhall is currently supporting a leading construction company in Dubai in their search for an experienced Civil Foreman to join a major 5th year RTA Dubai Metro infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the UAE's most high-profile transportation developments and play a key role in its successful execution. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities - Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards - Oversee workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols - Read and interpret construction drawings to guide the team effectively - Monitor progress, quality, and material usage; report any issues or delays - Enforce strict safety regulations and proper use of PPE - Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other teams for smooth operations - Train and mentor junior workers and laborers - Maintain accurate daily records of work done and materials used
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman, ideally in large-scale infrastructure projects - Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and site management - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to understand and work with technical drawings and specifications - Hands-on experience with construction tools and equipment - Previous experience in the UAE or Gulf region is a plusAbout the company
