Job Summary: Looking for a Civil Foreman in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Supervise site activities on a daily basis
Make sure the assigned project is conducted based on the specifications and within the given time schedule
Monitor and manage project budgets
Ensure safety standards are respected at the site
Settle conflicts or miscommunications that may happen at the site
Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, best practices, laws as well as project schedule
Prepare work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors as well as labour laws

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have a Civil Engineering background with proven experience working as a foreman
Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in this position
Must have strong knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance and use as well as OSH guidelines
Should be able to read drawings, plans as well as blueprints and share this information with others
Good organizational and leadership skills
Must be able to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the workers
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Male candidates are required
