Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil works and coordinate with site teams
Ensure project tasks are carried out according to drawings and specifications
Monitor manpower productivity and maintain work discipline on-site
Inspect ongoing work and ensure compliance with safety standards
Communicate progress, challenges, and requirements to the project management team
Qualifications:
ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman
Strong understanding of civil construction processes and materials
Ability to lead and manage multi-skilled teams
