Supervise civil work crews on-site (excavation, concrete, rebar, formwork, utilities, etc.).
Assign daily tasks and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
Monitor progress, productivity, and workmanship.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
Report daily progress, issues, and resource needs to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Requirements:
Strong civil construction experience (5+ years preferred).
Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment.
