Civil Foreman
Job Description
- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities for high-rise projects.
- Manage and control manpower to ensure work progress and quality.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed on site.
- Review and interpret structural and shop drawings accurately for proper execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and assist in work planning.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret structural shop drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
