Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the project site. Assign tasks to workers, monitor performance, and ensure work quality. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations. Plan daily work schedules and monitor progress against targets. Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues. Report site progress, manpower, and resource usage to project management. Ensure proper use and care of equipment, tools, and materials. Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity among the workforce.
Requirements
Diploma or technical qualification in Civil/Construction (preferred, not mandatory). 5-8 years of experience in civil construction projects, with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of civil works (concrete, masonry, formwork, finishing, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,250.00 per month
