Job Description
We are currently hiring a
Civil Foreman
with a strong background in managingvilla and commercial construction projects
. The ideal candidate must have aminimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Qatar
. This is a full-time position withfood, accommodation, and transportation provided
by the company.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications. Manage and control labor force and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks. Monitor work progress, report any delays or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Ensure proper usage of materials and prevent wastage. Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site. Maintain safety and quality standards at all times. Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with the engineering team. Assist in planning work schedules and allocating resources effectively. Ensure tools, machinery, and materials are available and used correctly. Coordinate inspections and assist in resolving site issues.
Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of civil construction experience in Qatar
. Strong experience invilla and commercial building projects
. Ability to manage site labor and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors. Good communication and leadership skills.Valid QID
andtransferable visa with NOC
