Civil Foreman
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee civil maintenance and repair works.
Coordinate with other team members and departments for project execution.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Manage and lead a team of supervisors and technicians.
Provide guidance and support to the civil maintenance team.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
Prepare and maintain reports on project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
1. Any Diploma, Secondary School or equivalent
2. 2-5 years of relevant working experience, with good technical knowledge and analytical mind to resolve Problems
3. Communicate clearly and effectively, both in oral and written English and Arabic Language. If applicable
4. Ability to work in an environment requiring strong discipline and attention to details.
5. Work effectively under stressful situations and familiar with construction environment.
