Designation: Civil Foreman [ Civil Background/Experience in Fit out Projects]

Civil Foreman

We are looking for a Fit-Out & Renovation Civil Foreman to oversee daily site(Villa) operations and ensure that all renovation and fit-out works are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation projects in the UAE.

Plan, Implement and manage construction tasks according to priorities and plans. Overseeing daily MEP activities and manage site technicians and subcontractors. Interpreting and implementing MEP drawings and specifications accurately. Ensuring timely execution of MEP works in coordination with other trades. Monitoring material usage and prevent wastage. Conducting routine inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. Resolving technical issues and escalate major concerns to the Site Engineer. Maintaining daily work logs and submit progress reports. Enforcing safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman in fit-out/interior contracting companies in the UAE. Strong knowledge of fit-out works (joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and MEP coordination). Ability to read drawings and supervise works accordingly. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices. UAE driving licence is required Nationalities ( Asian) Coordinating with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of materials. Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
