Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Road Construction Foreman
to supervise and coordinate on-site activities for road and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inroadwork execution, asphalt, subgrade preparation, drainage, and general civil works
, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on road and infrastructure projects. Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of roadwork (earthworks, sub-base, base, asphalt paving, curbstone, etc.). Assign work to laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors. Inspect ongoing work and report any issues or delays to the Site Engineer / Project Manager. Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance, and material usage logs. Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and safety officers to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure that all equipment and machinery are used and maintained properly. Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
