and Responsibilities
The point of contact between the construction workers and Project Manager. Oversee the work of the workers to ensure that it is being carried out as per plan. Ensure risk assessment / job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place. Ensure material, equipment and required manpower are requested and are available on site as required and their optimal utilization. Coordinate with other departments on the daily activities, create schedule for workers and oversee quality of the site to ensure progress as per the schedule. Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily overtime if applicable. Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the section head. Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement
Education and Experience:
Degree or diploma engineer in related fields 10 years total experience
