Job Summary: Looking for a Civil Foreman in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Supervise site operations to ensure they meet specifications and timelines
- Oversee subcontractors as well as other laborers at the site
- Handle contracts negotiations and secure permits as well as licenses
- Choose appropriate tools and materials to be used for the project work
- Carry out safety inspections and ensure site safety
- Keep up quality control procedures
- Inspect and prepare site reports
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
- Should hold a Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Practical experience working as a foreman required
- Must be a good planner, decision maker and well organized
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Must be a good problem solver
