Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution in accordance with
approved engineering drawings and technical specifications
.
Read, understand, and interpret construction drawings
(architectural and structural) and apply them accurately on site.
Assign and manage tasks for workers and technicians while ensuring quality standards.
Coordinate closely with engineers and project management to meet project schedules.
Ensure full compliance with safety and occupational health regulations on site.
Monitor materials and equipment usage and report any discrepancies with drawings.
Prepare daily progress reports and highlight any technical or site-related issues.
Resolve site problems related to drawings or execution conditions and take corrective actions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
as a Site Foreman in construction companies.
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
is required.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings
.
Solid knowledge of construction, concrete, and finishing works.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in site environments.
