Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Foreman

to oversee and coordinate daily site operations on our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate gypsum false ceiling and partition installation teams on site. Ensure work is executed according to shop drawings, specifications, and design details. Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and materials efficiently. Check levels, alignments, and finishing quality for all ceiling and partition works. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades (MEP, electrical, HVAC) to avoid conflicts. Monitor progress and prepare daily work reports, labor attendance, and material usage logs. Enforce site safety and conduct toolbox talks regularly. Inspect and verify that materials and installations meet project and quality standards. Assist in resolving site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned work areas.

Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Interior Fit-Out, or related field (preferred). Minimum

2-3 years

of experience as a Foreman in

gypsum false ceiling, drywall, or interior finishing works.

Strong knowledge of gypsum ceiling systems (plain, grid, bulkhead, decorative, etc.) and wall partitions. Ability to read and interpret interior design and shop drawings. Excellent communication and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Safety-conscious and familiar with standard site procedures.
