Civil Foreman
Job Description
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years in construction supervision
2. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Technical expertise in the relevant field (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
3. Valid Driving License
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise construction activities on-site
2. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
3. Coordinate with contractors and laborers to meet project deadlines
4. Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work
5. Monitor worker attendance, performance, and discipline
6. Maintain daily logs, work reports, and checklists
7. Prepare and submit progress reports to engineers/managers
8. Document incidents, delays, and changes in work scope
Compensation:
1. Basic Salary: 2500-3000 AED
2. Transportation: Provided by the company
3. Location: Ajman, Al Jurf
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations
- Experience with project management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
