Supervise and coordinate all
civil construction activities
on site, including concrete works, formwork, rebar, excavation, and finishing works. Ensure civil works are executed in accordance withapproved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules
. Lead and manage civil workers and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of tasks. Monitor daily site activities and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively. Ensure compliance withHSE regulations
and promote safe working practices at all times. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and rectify non-conformances. Coordinate withengineering, HSE, QA/QC, and construction teams
to resolve site issues. Report daily progress, manpower status, and site issues to site management. Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of relevant UAE experience
as a Civil Foreman. Experience working onoil & gas, refinery, or large industrial projects
is preferred. Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, materials, and site execution practices. Ability toread and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements
. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety requirements. Physically fit and capable of working in site conditions.Interview & Mobilization:
