Job Description
Supervision:
Lead and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers in daily tasks like excavation, concrete work, masonry, and finishing.Safety and Compliance:
Enforce all safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure the crew uses proper safety equipment and follows procedures.Quality Control:
Inspect all work to ensure it meets or exceeds project plans, specifications, and quality standards.Project Management:
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet daily and project targets. This includes planning work schedules, allocating resources, and minimizing waste.Communication:
Act as a liaison between the construction crew, project managers, and clients. Provide regular progress reports and address any concerns.Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or obstacles that may arise to keep the project on track.Documentation:
Maintain records of daily activities, progress, and resource usage.Job Type: Full-time
