Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Civil Foreman
to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil works (e.g., concreting, formwork, rebar, excavation, roadworks, etc.) Manage and direct site labor, subcontractors, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor progress and ensure work quality meets project standards. Coordinate with engineers and project management on material requirements and work schedules. Maintain accurate daily reports (labor, material usage, progress). Resolve site issues and report major problems to management. Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
