Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead site labors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. Allocate tasks to site labors and monitor manpower as per project requirement. Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment at the site. Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to project requirements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines in the site. Assist the Project Engineer in planning and organizing project site works and operations. Report daily site progress, issues, and manpower updates to management. Resolve site-level challenges by coordinating with project teams and subcontractors. Support in project handover, snagging, and completion activities.
Requirements:
Atleast 5 years of relevant UAE experience supervising fit-out, construction, facility management, renovation or refurbishment projects. Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and local authority requirements. Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and finishing works. Proven ability to supervise workers and manage multiple site activities effectively. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid UAE Driving License
